Since 2004, ENGENHOTEC has been specializing in the Product Development Engineering and Services including at Customer Facilities.

A well selected team of Engineers and Technicians is subject to a continuous training program and use the top class 3D software: Siemens NX, Creo and Catia for the Product Development and Design.

Equipped with 3, 4 and 5 Axis CNC Machining Centers, ENGENHOTEC offers an integrated service from sketch and idea generation to components testing and installation.

Driven by an experienced team of engineers and technicians, the high precision Production of machined prototypes and tooling is using 5, 4 and 3 axis machining centres, covering parts from 3 mm up to 1.000 mm. The Metal Additive Manufacturing, 3D laser printing, covers pieces from 0,6 x 0,6 x 0,6 to 250 x 250 x 250 mm.

This flexibility in design and production complies to the demands of the wide range of sectors covered by ENGENHOTEC customer’s portfolio: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Engine, Tooling, Electric / Electronic, Automotive and Consumer Goods  companies.

HYBRID 3D METAL PRINTING & HIGH PRECISION CNC MACHINING

ENGENHOTEC is a pioneer in the Portuguese Hybrid Manufacturing Market. On basis of 14 years of experience in high precision CNC machining, 3 to 5 axes, we have partnered with DIMLASER, a company offering 10 years of experience in 3D metal fusion printing using the CONCEPT LASER technology.

We offer two approaches for Hybrid solutions:

  • 3D Metal printing on top of a machined base – suitable for mold elements
  • High precision machining performed on top of 3D Metal printed parts – Suitable for prototypes, high complex parts
